Hey, I'm Tighe Burke (pronounced like Ty, but spelled fancier). I'm an executive recruiter (10+ years), a hockey lover, and a father of four. Early on in my career, I was blessed to have a few companies take a chance on me, and it transformed my career and life. Fast forward to today, I run a very successful boutique recruiting agency, SRCH Partners. I work with some of the most innovative, fastest growing companies in the world, and I get to help them fill critical roles.

Our 6 week course covers everything from passive candidate sourcing to interviews in great detail. Once we understand your pain points, we will give your team detailed steps on how to implement what they learn.

You might be wondering... why did I start Elite Recruiter?

Well, two main reasons:

1) I speak to hundreds of companies every year that need help placing talent at their company but can't afford my fee. I simply don't have enough hours in the day to help these companies myself. But by training their teams, I can help them develop recruiting as an internal competency so top-tier talent starts approaching them, instead of visa versa.

2) At my core, I'm a teacher, and I've been waiting for an opportunity to help others learn how they can do exactly what I do. If I had access to a program like Elite Recruiter back when I was starting out, I could have transformed my career and life exponentially quicker. Elite Recruiter is my chance to do that for others.

Is there an application process?

We do have an application processs. Here is our reasoning: there are A LOT of online recruiting courses that have 100, 200, even 500 students enrolled at any given time. Not at Elite Recruiter. We pride ourseleves on personalized coaching, and the community we've built is the lifeblood of Elite Recruiter. Because of that, we're very protective of our current students, and we make sure that any new student we add into our program is will bring value to the community. 

What skills do you teach?

Our 6 week online course covers EVERY aspect of the recruiting process, from proactive sourcing to conducting interviews to handling compensation negotiations, the list goes on. We have left no stone unturned. Still, if there's anything we haven't covered yet, Tighe will meet 1:1 to help build a strategy.

How long does it take?

Our course content is released over six weeks in order to provide ample time for students to implement the strategies that Tighe teaches as they go along. However, you will always have access to the community and to Tighe as a resource. Once an Elite Recruiter, always an Elite Recruiter.
